Where We Train
Established on 17 August, 1998, Reliance Security and Risk Management Academy (RSRMA) is the first of its kind among Indian corporates, responsible for providing training to GCS officers on the latest security trends and practices. Driven by GCS’ mantra to be an ‘intelligence-led, technology-driven’ organisation, RSRMA strives to provide its cadre the best-in-class training opportunities.
2023 marks the 25th year of this prestigious academy, which sees approximately up to 60 candidates pass out each year, who then go on to take up challenging assignments across RIL sites and businesses.
Selection
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Age:
(as on 01th September, 2023):
21 to 27 years
Qualification:
Full Time Graduation in any discipline with minimum of 50% aggregate marks from an recognized University in India in Graduation, in any stream
Graduation Marksheet:
Original Final Year marksheets of all semesters are required to be eligible for final selection.
Height:
Male: Min 5 Feet 6 inches (167.6 cms)
Female: Min 5 Feet 2 inches (157.5 cms)
05 cms relaxation in height will be given for hilly area candidates. (Candidates to produce Domicile Certificate in support of height relaxation)
The opportunity is open for both NCC as well as Non-NCC candidates
