No. It is not mandatory.
How many years of minimum experience is required?
No prior work experience is required. Freshers can apply.
Can candidates awaiting academic results apply?

What is the job role of Trainee Security Executive?
The job role of a Security Executive can be divided into four points:
1. Business Continuity Management: Security Risk Assessment, security audits, intelligence & vigilance, fraud risk management, investigations, stakeholder management
2.Technology: Security automation tools and technologies, Management of security operations centres.
3.Training: Leadership development, Learning and Organizational Development initiatives
4. Operations & Management: Supply Chain management of both vehicle and manpower, Workforce and Visitor management, information security, crisis management & emergency response.

This will be on-line test to be administered at a centre of your choice
What would be the syllabus for MAT?
Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, Psychometric Assessment, Computer Awareness & English Comprehension.
Can we choose the dates for MAT?
You can choose between two dates, as mentioned on the registration portal.
Can we change the date for MAT once we have applied?
Yes, you can. Please write to GCS.Hiring@ril.com atleast 5 working days before the exam date.
Where can I see the results?
You will be able to view it on the registration portal, after login.
What are the next steps after MAT results?
If you have cleared the MAT, the next step is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) - cum - Interview process. Details of the same will be communicated to you separately.
Where would the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)-cum-Interview process be held?
This will be conducted at Nagothane, Raigad Dist, Maharashtra
What is the duration of the PET?
One full day.
What tests are covered under the interview process?
Group Discussion, Psychometric Test and Personal Interview
Will I be reimbursed for my travel to the PET centre?
Yes. You will be reimbursed for second class return fare from your residece to the PET venue.
When will the PET results be declared?
On the same day. Those that pass will proceed for the interview process.
What documents are required at the time of PET?
All original testimonials like marksheets, NCC certificate (if applicable), address and identity proof (Aadhar or Passport), PAN card, and five passport-size photographs.
Do we need the original documents at the time of PET?
Yes
Can candidates awaiting academic results attend the PET?
No. It is expected that results will be declared before the PET in July. In case of any exceptional issues regaring the same, please contact GCS.Hiring@ril.com
